Grace Monroe

As the Client Relationship Specialist, I'm dedicated to making sure every client feels genuinely cared for — my goal is for you to walk away wanting to continue working with us because of our professionalism, caring attitude, and commitment to getting things done right. Originally from Peoria, IL, I've been visiting Longboat Key my whole life, and after graduating college this past May, I decided to make the move permanent and start living the Florida life full-time, following my parents and sister who'd already relocated here.

Outside of work, I stay busy spending time with family, exploring the beaches and restaurants of Sarasota and Bradenton with friends, and making regular trips back to Cincinnati to visit my boyfriend. I also work weekends at a local restaurant, where I love connecting with my regulars and coworkers. In my downtime, you'll find me crocheting, reading, working out, or trying to talk myself into finally picking up pickleball. What I love most about this job is the atmosphere — it's a warm, welcoming, team-oriented environment that never feels like a harsh place to work.
